100%. In fact, all the schools that Hippocampus has taken over thus far in 15 years have been successful in terms of growth and transformation.
Once you have contacted Hippocampus, a senior director gets in touch with you to understand your aspirations and challenges. Post which a meeting is set with the core transformation team to put together a discussion strategy for further discussion and mutual agreement. The entire signup process with Hippocampus takes about 30 to 60 days.
Typically, Hippocampus contracts are signed for a minimum of 10 years.
Depending on the complexity of the tasks/objectives and the current status of the State Board school, positive changes can be shown within 6 months of engagement in terms of process optimizations which is the starting point for any transformation engagement.
