Yes. While HLC is headquartered in Bengaluru, the company can help takeover and operate schools across major states of India.
100%. Infact, all the schools that HLC has taken over thus far in 15 years have been successful in terms of growth and transformation.
Once you have contacted HLC, a senior director gets in touch with you to understand your aspirations and challenges. Post which a meeting is set with the core transformation team to put together a discussion strategy for further discussion and mutual agreement. In all the process of signup with HLC takes around 30 to 60 days.
Usually, all the HLC contrats are signed for a minimum period of 10 years.
Depending on the complexity of the tasks/objectives and the current status of the school, positive changes can be shown within 6 months of enagement in terms of process optimizations which is the starting point for any transformation engagement.
The fee structure depends on the scope of transformation signed between school owners/trustees and HLC therefore it is best to talk to one of our directors and assess the same.
